Texarkana Regional Arts & Humanities Council's 28th Annual Juried Exhibition is a juried exhibition celebrating local, regional, and national artists. The competition is hosted by the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council, an arts council located in Texarkana, Texas, and generously sponsored by E-Z Mart, Inc.

The juror for this exhibition is Ann Prentice Wagner, PhD, Curator of Prints and Drawings at the Arkansas Arts Center, Little Rock, Arkansas, home of a major collection of modern and contemporary drawings. Wagner was previously Assistant Curator of Prints and Drawings at the National Portrait Gallery until leaving to complete her PhD at the University of Maryland. Since then, she has been Curator at the Washington County Museum of the Fine Arts and completed several projects at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. She has also taught art history at the University of Maryland, Towson University, and George Mason University. Wagner has written and curated on a wide variety of topics in American art history, including watercolors of industrial subjects by Charles Burchfield; the first New Deal Art Project, the Public Works of Art Project; early modern drawings by Georgia O’Keeffe; prints about the John F. Kennedy assassination by Andy Warhol; and nineteenth-century wood engravers. She is currently at work on publications and exhibitions about the work on paper of John Marin and Herman Maril.
